TLC+ is a Parent and Toddler Group with a difference! We obviously put Tender Loving Care at the heart of all we do. But there is also the 'Plus'...!

In addition to providing a friendly, caring, stimulating and secure environment for you and your children, TLC+ has the added value of:

      * The support of a loving Christian congregation and helpers, who will pray for God's blessing on you and your child(ren) on a daily basis.
      * Extra helpers who are there to be another pair of hands in looking after your children during the sessions.
      * Excellent quality play equipment, including soft play.
      * A sitting area where parents can chat together.
      * Input from experienced parents and professionals on a range of parenting topics.

TLC+ - who is it for?
TLC+ is for parents and carers of children aged from birth to four years! We welcome all people - of any faith, or none. However, the group, as part of the ministry of St Mary's Church, has a distinct Christian foundation and ethos. We will not pressurise, or 'hard sell' the Christian faith, but many of our activities, stories, and songs will have a Christian content and focus. We make no apology for this, as we believe that an understanding and experience of Jesus positively enhances lives and relationships.

Our work is focused on the parish area of St Mary's, Leamington. The Church has a particular concern to be accessible to residents within its parish, so priority will always be given to children/parents living in Sydenham or with a CV31 1 post-code. This may result in residents from other areas, who are not church members, being offered temporary places only. The group does not operate on a 'first come, first served' basis for each session.

TLC+ - when does it meet and what does it do?
It meets on Wednesdays from 10.00 a.m. to 12noon, at the St Mary's Church Centre, St Mary's Road. It costs 50p per family
Usually the programme will include craft activities, refreshments, specialised input on parenting with opportunity for questions, story time, singing and music
